Please submit full payment of the $200.00 fee for the Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend by selecting the weekend you wish to attend either here at the bottom of the page or on our home page.
Your $200.00 fee includes: 1) two overnight lodgings on Saturday evening, 2) lunch and dinner for two on Saturday, 3) breakfast and lunch for two on Sunday, and 4) all retreat materials. Please note: separate overnight accommodations are provided for you and your fiancé. Once we have received payment of $200.00 and all your registration information, your registration will be complete.
CEE uses PayPal online for your convenience. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and can be used with or without a PayPal account.
Cancellation policy: if you request a cancellation more than 14 days before your scheduled weekend, your registration fee will be refunded minus a $50.00 administrative processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled weekend, we are unable to issue a refund due to our agreements with venue and vendors.
Change weekend policy: should you need to change your retreat date after registering for a weekend, we can allow one transfer of payment to a new weekend provided you make the change at least 14 days prior to your scheduled retreat weekend (this allows us enough time to make changes to the retreat venue and vendors).
Financial Assistance: financial assistance in the form of a “scholarship” is available for those couples who need help covering the cost of the weekend. This assistance can be up to 50% of the weekend fee or $100.00. Please contact us to apply for this assistance.
